In addition to being the world’s best marketing machine;
as the recently re-re-re-release of the for-a-short-time-only digital remake with 2 new minutes of never before seen footage of Snow White will attest, Disney provides preschoolers with some great entertainment options.
And since Disney rarely does anything half-way, there are a lot of online games to choose from. Here are the best of the best, the top ten Disney preschool games online.
10. Wizard’s Pinball
For Harry Potter fans, this requires some clarification. This disney preschool online game is actually based on their show Wizards of Waverly Place. While I’ve never actually seen the show, the pinball game is a blast. Disney’s found a way to combine the fun of online pinball with chasing down a Scooby-Doo like monster.
9. Loco Launch Extreme
Along with Disney preschool games online item #3, any list of top games has to include some flying, soaring or other extreme mode of travel. The loco launch game will have a certain appeal to parents as well; at least those fascinated by the exploits of daredevil Evel Knievel. With just the right timing and execution, the objective is to shoot this guy up a ramp and out into space.
8. Tangled: Double Trouble
One of the most recent Disney preschool games online, this one’s based on the character in the movie Tangled. Your preschooler takes turns helping Rapunzel and then Flynn through the forest, the caves and finally the requisite damsel-housing castle.
7. Hoverboard World Tour
An online game that features a skateboard, or in this case a new wave version of a skateboard, is usually a safe bet. Your preschooler can choose which character she wants to be; Phineas, Ferb or Isabella, and then has the option of hoverboarding for special keys located at strategic points all over the globe. I have to say, I did enjoy my time, albeit all too brief, hoverboarding through Patagonia. The people were nice, and the blankets oh so comfy.
6. Magic Garden Mayhem
Of all the Disney preschool games online; a game featuring not one, not two, but six princesses is an absolute must on our list. I don’t know how they do it, it’s almost like preschool aged girls have an innate magnetic attraction to Disney princesses of all shapes and sizes. I’m not a conspiracy theorist, I’m just sayin’.
5. Toy’s Daycare Dash
Tough to go wrong with anything Toy Story-related; just ask your pre-schooler. They’ll enjoy moving from one level to the next, each of the six featuring a different character. With the daycare dash being the ultimate prize, that’s something a lot of pre-schoolers can certainly relate to.
4. Agent P Strikes Back
If you’ve never seen or heard of Phineas and Ferb, you will. I must admit it’s a great show for kids, and not bad for adults either. One of the characters (underscore character) which play a prominent role is Agent P, super spy extraordinaire. Certainly one of the great Disney preschool games online, but also perfect for older kids too. With three different levels, they can pick their own poison.
3. Cars 2: World Grand Prix
Talk about your slam dunk; a driving game, a fan favorite since the days of staring at a small blip bouncing back and forth playing Pong, and Cars characters from the second movie. And think of the educational value for your preschooler; the races take place on the streets of Tokyo, Porto Corsa (wherever that is) and London. Talk about learning is fun!
2. Avengers-Captain America
Even without the latest movie, superheroes are always a winner. That’s why this is so high on our Disney preschool games online list. Not a fan of Captain America? Disney features a pretty wide selection of Avenger team members; Thor, The Hulk and Ironman among others are also included in the list of super hero games. Make sure to check out the S.H.I.E.L.D. test; the right answers and your child can join the team.
1. Club Penguin
Popular Savings Offers
I was forewarned that if I didn’t put Club Penguin at the number one spot on our list, I’d be disowned. I’m not sure if that’s possible or not, but I figure why tempt fate. I can tell you kids everywhere consider this one of the best Disney preschool games online. While you can pay a small monthly fee to access all the goodies, it’s really not necessary for the younger among us. There are a ton of games and interactive discussions, not to mention several different avenues players can pursue as points are collected and spent.
